We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Process Associate to join our International Blended Process team. This role requires handling customer queries across email, chat, and voice calls in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring quick and effective solutions for our international customers.

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through emails, live chat, and calls to international clients.
  • Address customer concerns, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Offer personalized solutions based on the specific needs of the customer, while keeping response times within SLA guidelines.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to service inquiries, account updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure queries are resolved to meet customer expectations.
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Required to use Time Doctor for time and productivity tracking during the probation period.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a blended process (email, chat, and calls) or in customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Comfortable handling both email, chat, and voice calls within a customer service environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels (email/chat/calls) simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, based on international customer time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a blended support role for an international client base is preferred.
