- Training & Development: Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor, manage, and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
- Guest Services: Address and resolve guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all housekeeping operations comply with safety and sanitation policies.
- Coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as maintenance and the front desk, to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance issues.
- Reporting:Provide reports to management on departmental performance and operational needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
