JD for Housekeeping Supervisor:

- Needs to be on rounds constantly to supervise the work of his staff at all remote areas and keep an eye on all minute details about overall cleaning.
- Ensure that all House Keeping material is procured & allotted to staff on time.
- Maintaining control over the stock & making timely requisition for fresh stock such that there is no compromise on the quality of work due to non-availability of resources.
- Has to arrange for Monthly training sessions on proper use of cleaning liquids & other equipment.
- Ensuring that Housekeeping staff reports to their duty on time & arranging for suitable substitution in case of absentees.
- Maintaining Attendance Records & Leave Records of staff.
- Making all necessary arrangements during school functions.
- Needs to plan for the deep cleaning activity & ensure that it is done as per Calendar schedule.
- Has to refer to the Washroom Cleanliness Checklist provided in the House Keeping SOP.
- To Report 30 minutes before duty timings wearing correct Uniform and Name tags.
- To attend and contribute to all staff meetings and training scheduled for other related activities.
- Submit monthly MIS to Operation Manager
- Inventory of all Hk materials
- Timely daily reporting to Operation Manager.
