**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet resort standards. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks for rooms and public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with the front office for room status updates and priorities.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping attendants to maintain resort quality standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and linen inventory; raise requisitions as needed.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department promptly.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Prepare daily work reports and maintain housekeeping records.
- Ensure lost and found items are properly logged and stored.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background (any of the following):
- 10th or 12th pass (minimum)
- Diploma or Certificate in Housekeeping / Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory if experienced)
2. Work Experience:
- 3-5 years in housekeeping operations
- 1-2 years as a Senior Housekeeping Staff or Team Leader
- Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
