Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage procurement of materials required for construction projects.
  • Liaise with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update purchase records and inventory.
  • Work closely with project and site teams to ensure materials meet quality standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Prepare purchase orders, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in procurement or purchase coordination in the construction industry.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local suppliers and material rates.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP tools is a plus.
