Job Title: Operation Coordinator/ Liaisoning Officer
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
Reporting To: Company Director
Job Purpose:
To act as a key point of contact and mediator between the company and various stakeholders — including government departments, regulatory authorities, vendors, clients, and other external partners — ensuring smooth communication, compliance, and relationship management on behalf of the company owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company and the owner in meetings, discussions, and negotiations with external agencies, government bodies, and private entities.
- Coordinate between the company and local/state authorities for licenses, permits, clearances, and compliance matters.
- Keep the owner informed about developments, progress, and issues requiring attention or decision-making.
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely implementation of agreed actions.
- Always represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner.
- Handle sensitive information with care and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- Honest, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- * Must be Willing to travel frequently across India.
Qualifications & Experience:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
