We are hiring **Telemarketing Representatives** who are enthusiastic, persuasive, and ready to drive business growth. In this role, you will engage directly with salon/spa owners, introduce them to Trakky’s offerings, and help onboard them onto the platform. Your voice and approach will be the first impression many businesses have of Trakky.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to salon/spa owners from provided leads.
- Introduce Trakky’s platform and explain its benefits for business visibility and growth.
- Persuade businesses to register and list on our platform (free and premium options).
- Schedule appointments for the sales/onboarding team.
- Answer initial queries and build interest in the service.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and responses using CRM tools.
- Support upselling/cross-selling when applicable.
- Must be based in Ahmedabad (mandatory for in-office role).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven personality.
- Comfortable handling objections and working in a target-based environment.
- Good organizational skills and basic computer knowledge.
