As a Telemarketing Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced IT industry while supporting our sales efforts and contributing to our growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls to potential clients in the target market.
- Learn to identify decision-makers and key influencers within organizations, and assist in presenting our IT solutions and services persuasively.
- Shadow and learn from experienced sales representatives to understand customer needs, assess their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support the sales team by conducting product demonstrations over the phone to showcase the value and benefits of our IT solutions.
- Help manage and update the customer database, recording all interactions, inquiries, and sales leads accurately and timely.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate follow-ups, appointments, and conversion of leads into sales.
- Learn to meet and exceed individual sales targets, under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to contribute to effective positioning of our offerings in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and escalating any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an interest in sales and the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone presence.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service best practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems) is desirable.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaborate with others.
- Enthusiasm for professional growth and a desire to develop sales skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:
