Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, and promotions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns or trends

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify Languages for Domestic and International Calls].
- Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
- Experience in international calling and knowledge of international sales practices (for international telecallers).
- Familiarity with sales techniques and telemarketing regulations (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
