**Position**:Call Center Executives

Votiko Solutions Private Limited is a leading BPO international call center located in Surat, Gujarat. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Executives. If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy conducting telemarketing activities, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation and appointment setting.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients.
- Conduct surveys and verification processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance targets.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Age limit: Below 40 years.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Work from the office in Surat, Gujarat.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹70,000 per month, plus incentives based on the campaign you work on.

**Working Schedule**:

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sunday-Saturday off).
