Back Office Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
**Back Office & Excel Work**:
- Perform data entry, organization, and maintenance of records in Excel.
- Generate reports, graphs, and summaries from Excel data for internal use.
- Ensure data accuracy and manage large datasets effectively.
- Perform administrative tasks related to business operations, including document filing, scheduling, and maintaining databases.
- Support various teams with Excel-based analysis and troubleshooting.
**Telemarketing**:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to introduce products/services.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and prospects generated through marketing efforts.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Provide information to clients and address any questions or concerns.
- Assist in the development and execution of telemarketing scripts and strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and objectives.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 12th or Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
- Proficiency in E-Mail drafting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
**Work Environment**:
- Office-based with occasional client or customer interactions over the phone.
- Collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
