**Role Overview**

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Inside Sales / Telemarketing Executives to join our team in Ahmedabad. You will be responsible for reaching out to salon and spa owners, explaining the benefits of Trakky, and helping them get listed on our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Call and engage salon/spa owners to introduce Trakky’s platform.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the onboarding team.
- Educate clients about free and premium listing options and their benefits.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client status in CRM tools.
- Promote upselling or value-added services when applicable.
- Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction during each interaction.
- Based in Ahmedabad (mandatory for office-based role).
- 1+ years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Proficient in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
