Role Description

Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support company culture programs.
  • Assist in recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
  • Contribute to training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and support HR analytics for decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms (Zoho People-Plus, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    3–6 years in HR operations/generalist roles.
  • Education:
    MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Other Requirements:
    Learning Attitude, Ownership mindset, People-first approach.
