Job Scope
Join the team as a Accounts and Admin Officer, responsible for overseeing the day to day Accounting, Administrative duties and HR related matters. This position will suit someone willing to rejoin the workforce after a break.

Responsibilities
As an office administrator you will take a leading role in the day to day duties and responsibilities that will include but not limited to :
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager of the company.
- Coordinate and manage all activities to ensure the efficient running of office operations.
- Manage housekeeping staff and ensure office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Oversee all aspects of office operations and maintenance, including electricity, air conditioning, lighting, and plumbing.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors, electricians, plumbers, and other service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor office equipment and furniture; arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Assisting in the staff recruitment process.
- Accounting and maintaining all the invoices/bill of office expenses
- Maintaining petty cash expenses records.
- Filing of documents.
- Assisting in bookkeeping, data entry and reconciliations.
- Maintaining staff's leave records
- Maintaining the records of office assets.
- Staff welfare
Requirements:
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Experience in using Accounting software.
- Previous experience in an IT company is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages

Required education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Commerce or business administration)
Required experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the similar role.
