Role: Solar EPC Field Sales Executive
A dynamic frontline ambassador responsible for driving solar project sales, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between site teams and customers. This role blends technical understanding with persuasive communication to accelerate clean energy adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue residential, commercial, and industrial prospects
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and local networking to generate leads
- Site Assessment & Proposal Coordination
- Conduct preliminary site surveys and gather technical inputs
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for customized proposals
- Sales Pitch & Negotiation
- Present solar solutions with ROI, savings, and sustainability benefits
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals professionally
- Documentation & Compliance
- Assist clients with KYC, subsidy paperwork, and installation agreements
- Ensure timely submission of documents for net metering and approvals
- Post-Sale Coordination
- Liaise with project execution teams for smooth installation
- Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback
- Share insights with marketing and strategy teams
