Site Overview

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India's defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India's aerospace ecosystem.

Role Overview:

  • Handle Campus Recruiting activity across a variety of disciplines.
  • Be a partner across businesses and TA teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs in regards to Apprentice & GET hiring in a timely manner
  • Set high recruitment standards, always taking into consideration operational excellence and compliance
  • Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability/competency-based assessments during their interview
  • Maintain strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and styles
  • Ensure delivery against key TA metrics
  • Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE Aerospace Brand Strategy
  • Effectively handle the GE candidate experience, ensuring that it is positive and respectful
  • Build strong relationships and deliver on talent recruiting strategies and models

The Ideal Candidate

An ideal candidate is able to engage candidates' and people leader effectively to ensure a smooth hiring process and a great candidate experience. Able to strive in a fast paced environment managing multiple task and adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications/ Requirements

Graduate/Post-Graduate preferably in Management with 1-3 years of wing to wing campus recruiting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Campus hiring preferably from the Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in Employer Branding, TA process improvement and TA Projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to utilize social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for sourcing candidates.
  • Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
