Your role

Are you highly organized and process driven? Do you keep an eye on all the important details, even when multitasking?

We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist to:

  • process various HR service requests and update records in HR Tools
  • create or manage the HR profiles of internal employees or external staff and validate contractual requirements for them
  • collaborate and build long lasting relationships with various stakeholders across the globe
  • resolve requesters' concerns quickly and precisely, from onboarding, advisory to workforce administration, employee lifecycle and exit
  • treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches
  • stay on top of and ensure compliance to internal policies and processes

Your team

You'll be working in the Service Delivery team in India. We keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by phone or through our ticketing system. Our team is an energetic, passionate group of colleagues who enjoy working together and delivering best-in-class service to our clients.

Your expertise

  • spoken and written fluency in English and strong communication skills
  • truly service oriented, well-organized and with a sharp eye for detail
  • able to stay on track and known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
  • willing to balance day-to-day work with additional improvement initiatives
  • proactive approach and active team play
  • previous experience in HR Operations would be an asset
