Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales leader who has proven sales experience in the B2B SaaS industry. In this role, you will handle a personal sales quota while developing top talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for yourself.
  • Sales sanity - Prospecting, networking, referrals, and advocacy.
  • Qualify, develop, and close inbound leads.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and sales forecasting in HubSpot CRM.
  • Create and execute monthly territory plans to penetrate targeted market segments.
  • Continuously analyze metrics and benchmarks to identify areas for team improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2 years closing outbound B2B sales.
  • Consistent track record of overachieving individual quotas.
  • SaaS Sales experience in a fast-paced inside sales function.
  • Hunter's mentality and tenacity to open new accounts.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journey, RFP Management, and navigating multi-stakeholder complex deals.
  • Excellent communication, objection handling, and solution skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and modern inside sales tools.
