Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for market research services.
  • Respond to inbound leads and client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads, identify client needs, and propose relevant market research solutions.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the business development and research teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the inbound sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in market research/consulting is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and map them to tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
