We're looking for a
Senior Business Development Executive
to be a
key driver of our North American market expansion
, operating from our Bangalore HQ. If you're passionate about technology, strategic selling, and building C-level relationships—this role is for you.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute targeted outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone) — 40–50 high-quality touchpoints daily
  • Build and manage a $1–2M+ pipeline of active opportunities annually
  • Lead discovery calls with leadership and senior managers to identify and position tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing for follow-ups on campaigns, trade shows, and webinars
  • Drive RFP, proposal, and pricing coordination with pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.


What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years
    of experience in business development/sales in
    engineering services or industrial tech
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into
    real revenue opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with
    senior decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of
    North American sales culture, buying behavior, and lead cycles
  • Hands-on experience with
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce
    , or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
    is mandatory (preferred: Electronics, Electrical, CS, Mechanical)
