Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Head, located in Bengaluru. The Proposal Head will be responsible for leading and managing the proposal development process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information, developing proposal strategies, writing and reviewing proposal content, and ensuring timely submission of proposals. The individual will also maintain and update proposal templates, manage proposal schedules, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong proposal writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience in developing proposal strategies and managing proposal schedules
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the fluid handling or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field
