Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our SaaS-based ERP solutions tailored to the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the SaaS industry will be preferred, and a passion for driving growth through innovative campaigns and strategic planning. You will be responsible for building the brand, increasing market share, and ensuring effective communication of our value proposition to schools, universities, and other educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

  2. Develop and execute the companys overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

  3. Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to create targeted campaigns.

  4. Brand Management:

  5. Build a strong brand presence for the company as a leader in ERP solutions for education.

  6. Drive consistent brand messaging across all channels and campaigns.

  7. Lead Generation & Conversion:

  8. Design and implement lead generation strategies, including inbound and outbound campaigns.

  9. Leverage digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies to drive qualified leads.

  10. Product Marketing:

  11. Work closely with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features and offerings.

  12. Create marketing materials, product demos, and sales enablement tools to communicate product value.

  13. Digital Marketing:

  14. Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including PPC, social media, email marketing, and web content.

  15. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure ROI and align with company objectives.

  16. Team Leadership:

  17. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.

  18. Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams for seamless execution.

  19. Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  20. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement.

  21. Report marketing effectiveness and insights to stakeholders.

  22. Partnerships & Outreach:

  23. Collaborate with industry leaders, education bodies, and influencers to strengthen market positioning.

  24. Drive participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and demand generation.
  • Knowledge of the education sector and ERP solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM platforms.
