Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with digital marketing efforts. The role includes tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and supporting the coordination of various projects. The Virtual Assistant will also provide support in document preparation and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills: Data entry, scheduling, and email management
  • Customer service skills: Handling inquiries and providing support
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Digital marketing support: Basic understanding of social media management and content creation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
