Appointment Setter Job

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, qualify them, and schedule appointments with our business team. You'll also assist in light administrative and technical tasks to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with prospects to set qualified appointments.
- Communicate effectively with leads, understanding their business needs and aligning them with TaskVirtual's services.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in CRM tools.
- Support clients with basic administrative and technical tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to optimize lead conversions.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic technical knowledge (comfortable using CRMs, online meeting platforms, and productivity tools).
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
