Personal Assistant Job in Kolkata at Noovik Consumer Private Limited

Key responsibilities:
A. Administrative Support
1. Manage the Studio Head's daily calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements (local & outstation) for shoots, client meetings, and events.
3. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Studio Head.
4. Maintain studio documentation including contracts, invoices, receipts, and client records.
5. Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining digital as well as physical records.
B. Client & Shoot Coordination
1. Schedule client meetings, pre-shoot discussions, and follow-ups.
2. Coordinate with clients, models, makeup artists, stylists, and other collaborators.
3. Ensure smooth logistics on shoot days (location arrangements, props, refreshments, etc.).
4. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients visiting the studio.
C. Studio Operations
1. Oversee day-to-day studio requirements (supplies, equipment maintenance, cleanliness).
2. Track inventory of photography gear and accessories, ensuring availability when needed.
3. Coordinate with vendors for equipment rentals, printing, framing, and delivery.
4. Support in organizing exhibitions, workshops, or promotional events.
D. Personal Assistance
1. Provide personal support to the Studio Head including errands, reservations, and household coordination (when required).
2. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
3. Assist in managing personal schedules and reminders.
4. Marketing & Social Media Support (optional depending on candidate skillset)
5. Assist in maintaining studio's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, website updates).
6. Coordinate with designers/editors for promotional material.
7. Support in drafting captions, posting updates, and responding to inquiries online.
