Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Virtual Sales Executive located in the Newtoen, Kolkata Area. The Bancassurance Virtual Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients via virtual channels, and converting leads into sales for HDFC Life's insurance products. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing product education, assisting customers in selecting suitable insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets. Coordination with the bank's branch staff to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient policy service will also be important responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Customer Relationship skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products and Services, particularly in life, protection, investment, pension, and health insurance
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with bank staff
  • Good proficiency in using virtual sales channels and digital communication tools
  • Experience in Bancassurance or Financial Services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in finance, marketing, or related fields
