About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Manager Technical to lead and grow our business in the Inverter, UPS, and Lithium Battery segment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, proven business development skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow business in the Inverter, UPS, and Lithium Battery segment across the Chandigarh region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to customers, ensuring the right product solutions are offered.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, product positioning, and solution development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to management.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical management in Inverter, UPS, or Lithium Battery industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of power backup solutions, lithium technology, and energy storage systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business growth independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
