•       Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and system updates.

You should not apply if you:


•       Cannot speak fluently in English and Hindi.


•       Are not comfortable making 300+ calls per day.


•       Lack patience and politeness while interacting with customers.


•       Cannot work under pressure or in a fast-paced environment.


•       Do not have basic computer literacy or typing skills.

Skills Required:


•       Excellent spoken communication in Hindi and English.


•       Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.


•       Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Excel.


•       Ability to manage high call volume and multi-task.


•       Polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

What will you do?


•       Make outbound calls to customers whose orders have failed delivery attempts.


•       Verify and validate courier remarks (NDR) provided against the undelivered shipments.


•       Understand and resolve customer issues or concerns related to the delivery.


•       Coordinate with the logistics team for re-attempts, address corrections, or customer instructions.


•       Maintain detailed call records and update the system with accurate remarks post-calling.


•       Escalate delivery-related issues to the concerned team, if required.


•       Follow the daily calling targets and TAT (Turnaround Time) for issue resolution.


•       Provide courteous and effective customer support during interactions.


•       Ensure every call is handled with empathy, politeness, and professionalism.


•       Work closely with internal teams to reduce RTO (Return to Origin) and improve delivery success rate.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 year experience in customer support or logistics calling role preferred.

Working days: Monday - Saturday
