You should not apply if you:

· Cannot speak fluently in English and Hindi.

· Are not comfortable making 300+ calls per day.

· Lack patience and politeness while interacting with customers.

· Cannot work under pressure or in a fast-paced environment.

· Do not have basic computer literacy or typing skills.

Skills Required:

· Excellent spoken communication in Hindi and English.

· Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Excel.

· Ability to manage high call volume and multi-task.

· Polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

What will you do?

· Make outbound calls to customers whose orders have failed delivery attempts.

· Verify and validate courier remarks (NDR) provided against the undelivered shipments.

· Understand and resolve customer issues or concerns related to the delivery.

· Coordinate with the logistics team for re-attempts, address corrections, or customer instructions.

· Maintain detailed call records and update the system with accurate remarks post-calling.

· Escalate delivery-related issues to the concerned team, if required.

· Follow the daily calling targets and TAT (Turnaround Time) for issue resolution.

· Provide courteous and effective customer support during interactions.

· Ensure every call is handled with empathy, politeness, and professionalism.

· Work closely with internal teams to reduce RTO (Return to Origin) and improve delivery success rate.

Work Experience:
Minimum 2 year experience in customer support or logistics calling role preferred.

Working days:
Monday - Saturday

Okhla Phase 1, Delhi (Work from Office)
