Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced proactive and customer-focused Client Management Executive to maintain strong relationships with our existing clients. The role involves regular communication, addressing client needs, providing ongoing support, identifying up selling or cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned existing clients.
  • Maintain regular communication via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Address and resolve client queries, concerns, or complaints promptly.
  • Provide product/service updates, renewals, and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Build long-term trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Identify potential for cross-selling or upselling based on client needs.
  • Maintain updated client records, feedback, and interaction logs.
  • Share monthly/quarterly reports and review feedback with clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's degree
  • Strong Knowledge about Mutual Funds, Stocks, Insurance asn other financial products.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value.
  • Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in broking, financial services, insurance, etc.
  • Knowledge of client lifecycle management and retention strategies.
  • Goal-driven with attention to client satisfaction metrics.
