Description: A dialer manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a dialer system. Minimum 2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
1) Real Time Monitoring.
2) Data Uploading in Dialler.
3) Data reporting and management in Dialler.
4) Campaign Creation.
5) Understanding of PRI/SIP/Toll Free routing.
6) Asterisk troubleshooting.
7) Skill based routing.
8) Database backup.
9) IVR Creation.
10) Responsible for connect and Business.
11) Data churning strategy and implementation.
12) Connectivity and Business improvement analysis.
13) DND Scrubbing.
14) Downtime tracking and reporting.
15) PRI level monitoring.
16) Timely revert to escalations.
Requirements:
1) Good communication skills.
2) Working knowledge in excel & MySql/MSSql.
3) Should be able to identify the deviation in data behavior and correct it with proper corrective and preventive measures.
4) Minimum Qualification Graduation.
5) 2+ Years of Dialler Experience (Genesys/Teckinfo/C-Zentrix/Convox etc).
