Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a Junior Admission Counselor to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, supporting them in their educational journey and aligning with our staffing services. This is a full-time position requiring 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in student counseling to assist students in understanding their career opportunities and choices (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in lead generation to efficiently identify and pursue new student admissions opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong sales management skills to achieve enrollment targets and objectives effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to maintain and develop connections with potential students and stakeholders.
  • Proficient interviewing skills to assess students' interests and aptitudes for successful admissions.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to convey information persuasively and clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team to achieve set goals and collaborate on strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases to efficiently manage student information and admissions data.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide and assist prospective students throughout the admission process to ensure their credentials meet entry requirements.
  • Generate new leads by evaluating inquiries and reaching out to potential candidates for admission.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and networking contacts.
  • Effectively manage sales operations to meet and exceed student enrollment targets.
  • Conduct interviews and informational sessions to assess students' educational goals and provide relevant guidance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align student enrollment strategies with company objectives.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate and current information on prospective and enrolled students.
  • Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and school presentations to represent and promote Nexus Jobs services.
