Position Title: Admission Officer (Outreach)

Timing: 9.30 AM PM (Mon - Sat)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (VGU)

Opportunity: Full Time

Job Summary: We are seeking for someone who is responsible for promoting the institution to prospective students through targeted outreach and recruitment initiatives. This role involves developing relationships with high schools, community organizations, and prospective applicants to increase awareness and drive enrollment. The officer represents the institution at college fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events, while also providing guidance to applicants throughout the admission process. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to meet enrollment goals through strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach plans to attract and engage potential students for various programs.
  • Identify and establish relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to promote CTPLs offerings.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, seminars, and workshops to showcase CTPL programs.
  • Coordinate on-campus events, open houses, and webinars for prospective students and their families.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective students through outreach efforts, inquiries, and referrals.
  • Guide applicants through the admission process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, career counselors, and alumni networks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions in the assigned region.
  • Maintain records of outreach activities and admissions data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve outreach strategies based on analytics.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduation in any field.
  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience.
  • EdTech experience is preferable.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Relationship-building with students, parents, counselors, and partner
  • Writing clear, persuasive outreach and marketing materials
  • Event planning and coordination (college fairs, school visits, open houses)
