Job Role: Business Development Executive (Study Abroad)

As a BDE, you'll be responsible for promoting Standyou's study abroad programs and helping students find the right courses, universities, and scholarships.

Your ultimate goal is to convert inquiries into enrollments and build strong, long-term relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition
  • Identify and connect with students aspiring to study abroad.
  • Promote Standyou's services according to their goals.
  • Counseling & Consultation
  • Understand each student's academic profile, interests, and budget.
  • Suggest suitable programs, scholarships, or test-prep options.
  • Sales & Enrollments
  • Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and counseling sessions.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management
  • Maintain continuous engagement with students and parents.
  • Support them through the entire admission process.
  • Market Insights
  • Stay updated on country-wise study trends, visa policies, and scholarships.
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing and service offerings.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain lead reports and conversion data.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth workflow.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (any stream)
  • Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in Sales, Counselling, or IT/Education Sales
  • Skills:
  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills
  • Attributes:

  • Ability to work independently or in a team
