Position: Academic Counsellor

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell education programs to prospective learners.
  • Engage with leads through outbound and inside sales channels.
  • Explain program features, handle objections, and close enrollments.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain follow-ups and manage CRM updates regularly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience (preferably in EdTech or education sales).
  • Experience in outbound sales, inside sales, and selling courses is a must.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
