- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging demos or walkthroughs of the learning platform or tools.
- Needs Analysis: Gather detailed insights into the client's goals, learner profiles, and budget constraints.
- Trial Conversion: Encourage trial usage and follow up to convert interest into paid enrollments.
- Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team with proposals, pitch decks, and pricing discussions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Market Feedback: Share insights from client conversations with product and marketing teams.
- Consultative Selling: Guide clients toward the most impactful learning solutions with empathy and expertise.
