Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and expand our
HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) channel
at the national level. The role involves building and executing a channel strategy, managing partner relationships, and driving sustainable growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HoReCa channel strategy (national & regional).
  • Drive partner acquisition, engagement, and performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, conduct audits, and take corrective actions.
  • Build strong relationships with key HoReCa partners (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés).
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead channel activations and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop teams for effective channel execution.
  • Travel extensively for partner engagement, market visits, and industry events.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years (3+ years in HoReCa / Key Account Management + 3+ years in Channel Sales).
  • Industry Preference: FMCG / Food & Beverages / Hospitality.
  • Skills: Strong sales & channel development mindset, market analysis, partner management, distribution strategy, and team leadership.
  • Traits: Startup-like agility, challenger mindset, proactive leadership, and result orientation.
