Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives

Role Overview

We are hiring Field Sales Executives who are confident, energetic, and passionate about student engagement.

If you enjoy meeting people, visiting college campuses, and guiding students toward better academic opportunities, this role is an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit a minimum of 3 colleges or campuses daily across Mumbai
  • Promote EduJam's online degree programs and explain career opportunities to students
  • Conduct seminars, presentations, and on-campus counseling sessions
  • Generate leads, follow up effectively, and convert inquiries into admissions
  • Maintain accurate visit reports, lead details, and daily activity logs
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets

Who Can Apply?

  • Candidates with experience in field sales (EdTech experience is a plus)
  • Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Individuals with excellent persuasion abilities
  • Must be comfortable with daily travel across Mumbai
