Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the in-house team for project requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, visiting client sites, providing customized solutions, and compiling regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Building
  • Knowledge of the construction and woodcraft industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in project management or procurement is a plus
