1-5+ years of experience
in Direct Sales/ B2C Sales/Field Sales/B2B Sales/Channel Sales/Corporate Sales who have
good communication skills in English and the local language

About the Role:

As a Field Sales Officer (Client Advisor), you'll be the key link between homebuyers and builders. Your job is to guide customers through their home-buying journey—right from the first conversation to closing the deal—while ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential buyers via calls, virtual meets, or site visits to pitch projects and drive bookings.
  • Attend qualified leads, present project options, and bring clients onsite.
  • Assist in negotiations between buyers and builders.
  • Build strong client relationships and encourage referrals.
  • Cross-sell NoBroker services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Nurture leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet targets.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and local market insights.
