Overview The Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM) plays a vital role in our organization's growth strategy by spearheading sales efforts aimed at large-scale enterprises. The ESM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, managing sales processes, and leading a team of sales professionals to enhance our market presence. Liaising directly with executive leadership, the Enterprise Sales Manager is instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and target potential enterprise customers through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and establish goals.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reporting for management.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and enhance company visibility.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints tactfully and efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Foster a culture of success and goal achievement within the sales team.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise sales or related roles.
  • Experience with JIRA, ZenDesk, Freshworks ecosystem will be a big plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the industry and its business practices.
  • Experience in creating and delivering engaging presentations to various audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales software.
