- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints tactfully and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with product development teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Foster a culture of success and goal achievement within the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise sales or related roles.
- Experience with JIRA, ZenDesk, Freshworks ecosystem will be a big plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market opportunities.
- Familiarity with the industry and its business practices.
- Experience in creating and delivering engaging presentations to various audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales software.
