About the role:
We are seeking an experienced
Enterprise Sales Manager – AI
to drive revenue growth by selling AI-powered solutions to large enterprises. The role involves managing
complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals. You will work closely with product, solution engineering, and leadership teams to position AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve enterprise revenue targets and bookings
- Manage complex, long-cycle enterprise deals (₹/$ large ticket sizes)
- Build and execute account-based sales strategies for key enterprises
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Position AI/ML solutions to address enterprise business challenges.
- Translate technical AI capabilities into clear business value
- Collaborate with solution engineers and product teams for demos and POCs
- Support customers through pilots, evaluations, and enterprise rollouts
- Build long-term C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships
- Drive account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- Develop strategic account plans and growth roadmaps
- Work closely with marketing on enterprise lead generation and ABM campaigns
- Partner with customer success to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in CRM
- Provide market and customer feedback to product and leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise technology sales
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
- Experience selling AI / SaaS / Cloud solutions preferred
- MBA or technical background is a plus
