About the role

We're looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who can own keyword strategy, off-page SEO, and high-quality link acquisition. If you love digging into data, pitching guest posts with crisp English, and building authority the right way, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct keyword research & clustering aligned to business goals.
  • Suggest blog topics & content ideas based on keyword analysis and search intent.
  • Plan and execute off-page SEO: outreach, backlinking, and guest posting.
  • Own guest posting outreach end-to-end from prospecting & pitching to tracking live links.
  • Create and maintain outreach databases; personalise cold emails; build publisher relationships.
  • Prepare and submit SEO performance reports in Looker Studio (traffic, rankings, backlinks, conversions).
  • Collaborate with content, design, and dev teams for on-page fixes, internal linking, and schema.
  • Monitor competitor strategies, link gaps, and ranking improvements.

Must-have skills:

  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal) - clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Hands-on with keyword analysis, competitor research, and intent mapping.
  • Ability to translate keyword insights into blog topics and content recommendations.
  • Experience in off-page SEO, backlinking, and guest post outreach.
  • Basic on-page SEO (title/meta, schema, Core Web Vitals coordination).
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush, GSC, GA4), outreach tools, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong understanding of white-hat SEO and Google spam policies.
  • Familiarity with CMS (WordPress) and giving briefs to writers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
