We are seeking a results-driven SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SMO (Social Media Optimization) Specialist to improve our website's visibility, increase organic traffic, and manage our social media presence to drive engagement and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO best practices, analytics, and social media marketing strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings (Google, Bing, etc.).
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search visibility.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements (site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, etc.).
  • Monitor backlinks, build high-quality link-building strategies, and manage off-page SEO.
  • Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends.

SMO (Social Media Optimization):

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored for each platform.
  • Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine strategy.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–3+ years) in SEO and SMO.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and website CMS is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
