Job Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. You'll lead by example — managing the sales pipeline, guiding your team, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales operations for the Ahmedabad office with a result-oriented approach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Generate and manage leads through various channels — online inquiries, walk-ins, corporate tie-ups, and B2B partners.
  • Handle client communication, convert inquiries into bookings, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to develop promotional campaigns and sales material.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide leadership, training, and motivation to the sales team.
  • Represent Touring Tours at travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Dynamic personality with a passion for travel and adventure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
