**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in [insert industry].
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in B2B sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- Travel

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
