Medifodil Smart Pharma Solutions is a growing Clinical Research Organization (CRO) offering specialized services in Clinical Trials, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory Affairs. We support pharmaceutical and biotech companies with quality-driven, end-to-end research services and compliance support.

Role Overview:

e are seeking a highly experienced and target-oriented Head of Business Development to lead the organization's business growth initiatives. This role is central to driving lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation by converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, build, develop and grow new business streams/ clients/ opportunities in Indian and International markets
  • Drive lead generation strategies across domestic and international markets
  • Identify and pursue potential clients in pharma, biotech, and healthcare sectors
  • Convert leads into signed contracts through effective communication and proposal pitching
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Prepare compelling business proposals, RFPs, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, regulatory, PV) to align services with client expectations
  • Represent Medifodil at industry events, conferences, and B2B meetings
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting metrics
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business targets

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record of generating and closing B2B deals in the CRO/pharma space
  • Deep understanding of clinical research services, including trials, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory processes
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with an execution mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and BD tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration

Minimum 10 years of relevant business development experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry
