Job Description

As a Performance Marketing (Paid Ads) Manager at AdsRole, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to enhance online visibility and drive higher conversion rates and revenue. Your daily tasks will involve managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, generating reports, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business goals. Your role will also include identifying trends and insights to optimize ad spend and performance based on data-driven decisions.

  • To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Marketing, Advertising, and Sales, along with experience in Project Management and coordination. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to interpret data will be essential for making informed decisions. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is crucial for implementing effective and affordable marketing strategies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required, and previous experience in a similar role would be a plus.

  • LinkedIn Ads (B2B Lead Generation & Brand Awareness Campaigns)
  • TikTok Ads (Performance Marketing for short-form video platforms)
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insights, TikTok Pixel
  • Campaign tracking, performance reporting, ROI analysis
  • Additional Competencies:
  • A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Strong communication & project management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Ads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
