About the Role:

Stellar Serve Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven
Google Ads Specialist
to manage international advertising campaigns. You'll work with clients across global markets to plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads strategies that drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
  • Analyze and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for cohesive campaigns
  • Stay updated with latest trends and Google Ads policies
  • Maintain campaign documentation and share performance reports regularly


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience managing Google Ads (preferably for international clients)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and PPC strategies
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and MS Office
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with global markets
