We are looking for a highly skilled 
Google Ads PPC Expert
 with proven experience in driving results for 
UK-based eCommerce businesses
. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max) to maximize ROI, increase sales, and scale eCommerce brands profitably.

Knowledge of 
Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising)
 will be considered a strong plus point.Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage high-performing 
    Google Ads campaigns
     tailored to the UK eCommerce market.
  • Optimize 
    Google Shopping / Merchant Center feeds
     for maximum visibility and conversions.
  • Conduct 
    keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
     to refine targeting.
  • Develop and implement 
    bid strategies, ad copy, extensions, and A/B testing
     for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and adjust strategies.
  • Leverage 
    Performance Max and remarketing campaigns
     to retarget potential buyers.
  • Manage and optimize 
    Bing Ads campaigns
     where applicable.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Provide 
    weekly and monthly performance reports
     with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with 
    Google Ads policy changes, trends, and UK eCommerce best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on PPC experience in 
    Google Ads for eCommerce brands
     (UK/Europe preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of 
    Google Shopping, Merchant Center, Performance Max, and Dynamic Remarketing
    .
  • Proven track record of delivering 
    high ROI campaigns
     in the eCommerce space.
  • Proficiency in 
    Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking setup
    .
  • Ability to 
    analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
    .
  • Excellent written and spoken English to craft effective ad copies for the UK audience.
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) is a strong advantage.
